UCCE Master Food Preservers of Central Sierra are hosting a Free Youth Workshop.
Kids 5 to 18 years of age are invited to sign up to make their own low-sugar jelly and enter it into the county fair. All ingredients and supplies are provided. During the online registration, kids will pick the type of jelly they want to make: apple, grape, pomegranate or orange. Kids will take home several jars of jelly that they make. Fair entry forms will be completed at the workshop and we’ll keep the fair entry to be judged.
