Please come join us as we plunge into the chilly waters of Lake Tulloch to fundraise money for Special Olympics. Check in and Registration start at 10. Pre registration can be done online.
Judging and Awards start at 11.
The plunge and lunch start at 12.
We are following our traditional footprint of: SONC will be providing 1 free lunch per plunger that fundraisers the 125 or more amount.
Sonora Taqueria will be providing those lunches and also selling lunches to the public.
Starbucks will be providing free coffee and possibly other beverages of their choice. Starbucks will also be providing free pastries from 10-end of the event.
Motherlode Coffee will also be providing free coffee.
Sierra Foothills Residential Care (SFRC) will be providing free Clam Chowder, Chili and French Bread.
Back Country Horsemen’s will provide free Dutch Oven Desserts to the qualified plungers.
We will have a live band as well. We will have tables and chairs set up and available for use. We will have either use of the existing restrooms or porta-potties. We will be bringing in our own power for registration, announcing etc.. If your team or vendor table, band, requires power for some reason you’ll need to bring in your own too.
We respectfully ask that you plan on hauling out your own personal created garbage as well. We will be hauling out the normal garbage like we have in past years.
Registration has been open since October we’ve registered 65 plungers and raised 12k of our 50k goal.
Remember this is a family included fun day event that happens snow, rain or shine.
