Is your Go Bag properly packed ?
The League of Women Voters of the Mother Lode’s April General Meeting will be held Saturday April 6 from 10am to noon at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship at 19632 Mono Way, Sonora. All are welcome.
There will be a “ Go Bag “ demonstration by the Twain Harte Community Emergency Response Team ( CERT ) describing how to be prepared for emergency evacuation of your home. This will include learning what you should have packed ahead of time and be ready to go so you can leave within 5 minutes. It will be a fun, informative, and interactive meeting hosted by LWVML Fire Interest Group.
The League of Women Voters is a nonpartisan organization open to both women and men in Tuolumne and Calaveras Counties. The organization’s mission is to empower voters and defend democracy.
