The Tuolumne County Ranch to Table Dinner is a sit-down gourmet event featuring dishes prepared exclusively with locally grown and ranched ingredients. Experience a true farm-to-fork feast, with no food sourced from distributors like Sysco. Every bite showcases the rich flavors and fresh ingredients from our dedicated local farmers and ranchers.
Cocktail hour starts at 5:00 pm with with a selection of delectable appetizers and a stunning charcuterie table, showcasing the finest local meats, cheeses, and artisanal delights from every corner of the county. Each bite tells a story of our region’s rich flavors and traditions. This is more than just a meal—it’s a celebration of our community’s gastronomic heritage.
Our chefs, Devon Woodruff, of Devon’s Delectables, and Jake Lucido, Executive Chef at Black Oak Casino, have crafted three exquisite entrees:
• Braised Beef Short Ribs in a local red wine reduction
• Pork Loin Roulade stuffed with a flavorful apple and herb mixture, using artisanal bread from our local bakers
• Succulent oven-roasted chicken with a fresh tangy tomato chutney
All proceeds stay local! Your ticket purchase directly supports the farmers, ranchers, and producers who provide the ingredients for the dinner. We pay our local farmers the market rate for their products. Proceeds from alcohol sales will benefit the Farms of Tuolumne County. Raffle proceeds will be shared between the Farms of Tuolumne County and their partner non-profits for this event. 100% of the proceeds from each auction item (minus credit card fees) will go to the organization that secures that item.
