Twain Harte will celebrate dogs on Saturday, April 23rd, with the annual Who Let The Dogs Out Parade. The day will include a dog parade. All leash-trained, friendly dogs are invited. Parade registration begins at 10 am across from the Cal Fire station on Meadow Lane. There will be fun & activities for both dogs and people. Sponsored by the Twain Harte Area Chamber of Commerce.
