Diamondback Grill

Diamondback Grill was established in 1991 and has been serving the Mother Lode great food for almost 35 years. Diamondback Grill prepares “real” food from scratch with quality ingredients. All salad dressings, soups, marinades and salsas are made daily in house. They champion local products when feasible like Diestel Turkey Ranch or world class farmstead cheddars from Fiscalini Farms, local honey, Table Mountain Beef and other local producers.

Conveniently located in downtown Sonora, the Diamondback Grill comes complete with vaulted ceilings, exposed original rock and plaster walls. A separate wine bar is available to enjoy a wine experience with friends or a party up to 25 people. The dining room is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner.
