Kaulder (Vin Diesel), is cursed with immortality to keep him from his beloved wife and daughter in the afterlife by the Queen Witch (Julie Englbrecht) right before he kills her. In modern times Kaulder is still hunting witches and fighting vicious supernatural creatures. When evil is resurrected it wants not only to unleash the Black Death upon the world again, but also seeks retribution against Kaulder.
