Big Joe and Mama’s Tater Tot Casserole

| 1 | Lbs | (or a little more) Ground Chuck |
| 1/2 | cup | chopped onion |
| 1/3 | cup | chopped celery |
| salt and pepper to taste | ||
| 1 | can | Condensed Cream of Celry Soup (Undiluted) |
| 1 | 16 oz | Frozen Tater Tots |
| 1 | cup | Shredded Cheddar |
To prepare:
In large skillet, brown ground chuck with onions and celery.’til no longer pink and vegetables tender. Stir in salt and pepper. Spoon mixture into a greased 3 qt. baking dish. Spread with soup. Top with tater tots, place in preheated 400 degree oven. Bake 40 minutes, Sprinkle cheese all over top, Bake 5 more minutes.
