No American should be held unjustly in a foreign jail but, we do wish that the Administration had used someone other than a Russian arms dealer known as “The Merchant of Death,” convicted of conspiring to kill Americans, to free Brittney Griner; and had used him instead for the exchange of wrongly accused Paul Whalen, a former U.S. Marine still in a Russian prison
