Board Chair Ryan Campbell’s District Two covers the Soulsbyville, Phoenix Lake and Cedar Ridge area. Topics included the RAD Card Program, new equipment to fix potholes, housing, fire resiliency, COVID-19 and other issues. He also announced his intention to run for re-election.
