Small Fire In Rancho Calaveras

Rancho Calaveras, CA– A vegetation fire in Rancho Calaveras yesterday was started by equipment use. CAL Fire says one acre of grass vegetation was burned when a hot muffler from a weed eater came in contact with the grass.
The fire on the 5000 block of Baldwin Street stared at around 10:00 am and caused about $200 worth of damage.
Firefighters from Valley Springs, Vallecito and Jenny Lind responded to this fire.
