Arnold, CA — An art and wine festival Saturday in Arnold will benefit the Calaveras County Humane Society.

The Mother Lode Wine and Arts Festival is put on the by the Cedar Center Merchants and the Humane Society.

The event takes place from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Arnold Cedar Center on Highway 4.

Admission is free. The day will feature live music, wine tasting and artwork from local artists. Children can enjoy face painting and a bounce house.

The Humane Society will also be on hand with its Adopt-A-Pet program.
