After two weeks of testimony, three days of deliberations and a juror problem, 37-year-old Brenda Warne of
Sousbyville has been convicted of second-degree murder.

Warne will be sentenced March 19th for bludgeoning John Tocalino to death at their home last summer. An alternate juror was brought in to replace the original juror who refused to deliberate.

Warne is facing 15 years to life in prison when she’s sentenced March 19th.
