Highway Patrol investigators are still trying to identify three people killed in a head-on collision last night on Highway 4 near Farmington.

Officers say a passenger car drifted across the center line into the path of a pickup truck just before 7 pm. The pickup burst into flames. A man and a woman riding in it died at the scene, as did the driver of the passenger car.
