County Counsel Gregory Oliver will take Tuolumne County´s case against the Yosemite Valley Management
Plan to Washignton DC next week.

Oliver will tell a Congressional sub committee that the Park Service plan to eliminate private vehicles will hurt
tourist business in the Mother Lode, and produce questionable environmental improvements at best.

The panel is considering the question of funding for
the Valley Plan.
