Meet at 6 pm at the Gooseberry Winter Trailhead (Drive through the Dodge Ridge Parking lot – and back down towards Dodge Ridge Road it will be on your right)
Join a Ranger for a leisurely moonlit stroll to learn about the forest, its reliance on dark skies, and to enjoy the sounds of nature at night. Bring your own snowshoes. Snowshoes can be rented along Highway 108 or in Sonora. Wear warm clothes, a hat, and bring water and snacks.
