The mass murder of Russian concertgoers by ISIS operatives, reminiscent of the recent slaughter in Israel, is especially tragic in that despite our warnings well in advance that something was imminent, Putin then proceeded to direct the blame on to Ukraine and us in order to deepen his hold on power.
