Sacramento, CA — Senator Dave Cox would like to hand out financial assistance to qualified high school seniors.

Through the Cal Grants Program, the senator is encouraging students to sign up for up to $9,708 each year.

An application workshop will be held Thursday, February 8, 2007 in Orangevale.

Applications are due by March 2.
