Valley Springs, CA — A traffic stop for expired registration resulted in drug charges for a Valley Springs man Saturday.

Calaveras County Sheriff´s deputies conducted a traffic stop on 35-year-old David Biondi for displaying false registration. During the stop deputes searched the vehicle and found methamphetamine.

Biondi was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and taken to the Calaveras County Jail on $15,000 bail.
