Fresno, CA — 59 year old Valley Springs resident Glenn Satterlee has been convicted by a federal jury in Fresno of attempting to entice a minor to engage in illegal sexual activities.

It was three years ago this month that Satterlee was arrested at a Del Taco restaurant in Turlock believing he was going to meet a 13 year old girl. Actually he had been conversing with a Sheriff´s Department deputy.

Satterlee´s sentencing is set for Monday, May 14. He is facing a five year minimum prison sentence and a fine that could amount to as much as $250,000.
