Sonora, CA — The California Highway Patrol is reporting a multiple vehicle accident on Highway 108 at Woods Creek.

Officials say both lanes were blocked, backing traffic up to Jamestown. Reports indicate one lane is now open, alternating traffic.

Emergency vehicles are on scene and CHP officers are asking motorists to use caution in the area. Westbound traffic is being diverted down Harvard Mine Road
