Sonora, CA — An Oakdale woman is recovering from moderate injuries after almost hitting a group of riders with her motorcycle in Sonora.

The California Highway Patrol says 58-year-old Irene Gaddy was closing in on a three other motorcycle riders when she hit the brakes, skidded off the road and laid down the bike.

Reports indicate she was not ejected, however she sustained injuries to her knee and foot.
