Two Modesto residents are dead after a single vehicle accident on Tulloch Road this weekend. Their pickup truck rolled 100 feet down an embankment shortly after 10:00 pm Saturday.

Highway patrol investigators say the couple had attended a wedding and reception earlier Saturday. The investigating officer says the truck drifted off the edge of the roadway because of excessive speed. Both victims were ejected, and died at the scene. The accident was discovered Sunday morning by the groom.
