A federal jury is deadlocked over charges two anti-government militia members conspired to blow up two massive propane storage tanks in a Sacramento suburb. The judge is telling jurors to try again to reach a verdict on the charges facing Kevin Patterson and Charles Kiles. They are charged with planning to blow up two 12 million gallon propane tanks in Elk Grove, south of Sacramento.
