Reconnaisance flights over the Stanislaus National Forest yesterday revealed no new blazes have started in
the aftermath of the two dozen fires generated from this week´s lightning storm. Most of these small fires have been contained and crews are confident that they
can acheive full containment of the remaining fires by today.

The CDF has controlled all ten of the tiny blazes in their jurisdiction as of yesterday. The
largest of the fires was a two acre blaze along Rancho Paloma Road in Calaveras County yesterday. The fire was quickly extinguished.
