California Senator Dianne Feinstein says a water shortage could be the state´s next big crisis.

At a regional water summit in San Jose Tuesday, Feinstein said Californians must stop fighting over water and commit to such projects as desalination, water recycling and increasing water storage to handle the state´s fast-growing population.
