State Assemblyman Dave Cogdill and a P G and E spokesperson talked about the energy crisis last evening
at a Town Hall Forum in Sonora.

Stephanie Espinosa answered questions from a large and vocal audience about the Utility´s situation under state
de-regulation laws. Cogdill once again took Governor Gray Davis to task for failing to take actions the Assemblyman believes could provide short-term help,
while more permanent generating facilities are built.
