Shearer Will Address Council

Angels Camp, CA — The Angels Camp City Council has set aside time to hear a presentation from Tim Shearer Tuesday evening.
Shearer, the longtime City Administrator, could not come to terms with the City in trying to negotiate a new contract. Shearer had been on active military leave for 15 months while serving with the National Guard, and returned to Angels Camp last month. It is unknown the specifics of what Shearer will speak about.
The Council will also pick up discussion on whether to impose restrictions on large format retail, or “big box” stores. Tuesday’s meeting begins at 5:30pm at the Angels Camp Firehouse.
