Hwy. 4 Motorcycle Crash Injures Stockton Woman
Angels Camp, CA — Christine Johnson of Stockton received moderate injuries after crashing her motorcycle on Highway 4 Tuesday.
The California Highway Patrol says the 44-year-old Johnson was traveling west on Highway 4 near Pool Station Road on her 1995 Honda motorcycle.
Upon entering a 25-mile per hour curve, Johnson squeezed the clutch instead of the brake.
Her momentum made her front tire drop off the right edge of the roadway causing the bike to go down on its left side.
Johnson received road rash to her left elbow and knee and dislocated her collarbone.
She was treated for her injuries at Mark Twain St. Joseph´s Hospital in San Andreas.
