Sacramento, Ca — With warmer weather on the horizon, PG&E is reminding income qualifying customers to sign up for a 20 percent discount on their energy bill.

“Thousands of qualified customers who are eligible for the California Alternate Rate For Energy Program receive this reduction on their monthly bills,” says PG&E Spokesperson Nicole Tam.

New income guidelines were implemented on June 1st, which increased the amount of customers that are eligible. The income qualifications are available by going to www.pge.com/care, or by calling 1-866-pge-care.
