Valley Springs, Ca — Saturday at 11:35am, the C.H.P. reports that nine year old Nicholis Roots of Stockton suffered minor injuries when he was ejected from his 2004 Yamoto ATV.

He was traveling on a dirt trail in Valley Springs. The accident happened at a vacant lot on Garner Place.
