The 55-year-old woman arrested on suspicion of murder in Copperopolis this week is scheduled to be arraigned at 1:30 p.m. today in Calaveras County Superior Court.

Dianna Lynn Andersen is accused of fatally shooting 45-year-old Robert Lea Rochester during a confrontation at a duplex in the 5900 block of Chuckwagon Drive either late Sunday night or early Monday morning.

Authorities contend that Andersen fired only one shot from a .22 caliber rife at the home and that proved to be fatal. An autopsy performed Wednesday showed Rochester died from a single gunshot wound to the chest.

Rochester reportedly was from San Jose, but also had some ties to Tuolumne County.
