Dianna Lynn Andersen has pleaded not guilty to charges of voluntary manslaughter in the shooting death of 45 year-old Robert Lea Rochester of San Jose.

The shooting took place shortly after midnight Nov. 10 at the house at the end of Chuckwagon Drive in the Diamond XX subdivision, west of Copperopolis.

Andersen is charged with manslaughter with the special allegation of being under the influence of methamphetamine. She was arraigned in Calaveras County Superior Court. Bail has been set at $350,000.

If found guilty, Andersen could be sentenced to a maximum of 11 years in state prison.
