Modesto Police have busted a prostitution ring. The two-day sting operation yielded more than 30 arrests in the downtown and southern areas of the city.

Police say most of the violators were asking for sex from undercover officers in exchange for $20 to $30 for each act. In total 16 men and 15 women from the Modesto, Ceres and Oakdale areas were arrested.
