San Andreas Fire Chief Don Young will not be charged in San Joaquin County with sexual assault, but may still face allegations in Calaveras County.

The Calaveras Enterprise reports today Young was accused of sexually assaulting a girl several years ago when she was between the ages of 13 and 18 and he was in his mid-20s. They both lived in Lodi at the time.

The complainant is now 32 and now lives in Sacramento County, according to published reports.

The San Joaquin County District Attorney´s Office held a press conference Thursday afternoon.Lodi police Detective Virginia Elder announced no charges would be filed there.
