Three young adults refused medical aid Tuesday after a single-vehicle vollover accident.
20-year-old Richard Laguna of Burson was in his 2004 Chevy Cavalier southbound on Pettinger Road in Valley Springs.
The CHP says he was going over 65 miles per hour and lost control.
The truck ran off the road and went through a fence, overturning several times.
Laguna and his passengers, 20-year-old David Mack and 18-year-old Jessica Flowers, all received minor injuries according to the CHP.
The agency also reported weather conditions were cloudy and dry at the the of the wreck.
