The highway patrol is now saying it´s a fatal head-on crash.

Emergency crews are at the scene of a head-on traffic accident on Highway 132 (Yosemite Road) about 2 miles west of Lake Road in Stanislaus County. That crash reported at 8:15 this morning .

The CHP is saying one of the vehicles involved is totally engulfed in fire. The roadway is completely blocked. Traffic control is in affect now..Tuolumne County La Grange Fire units are also assisting.
