Simon To Rally At Republican State Conventiion

Republican nominee for governor Bill Simon hopes to rally party faithful today toward a big pre-election push. Simon is to speak at a Republican state convention in Orange County as he works to rebuild a troubled campaign against incumbent Democratic Governor Gray Davis.
