Ridge Fire Contained

A fire of about three quarters of an acre off of Pilot Ridge, about a mile and a half miles southwest of Highway 120, has been contained. The blaze burned in slash, timber and brush just after noon yesterday. No populated areas were threatened and no injuries reported. The cause is under investigation.
