Capitol Break In

A 41-year-old Turlock man is being questioned by the California Highway Patrol after he allegedly broke in
to the state Capitol early today. The C-H-P says Antonio Richard Mariscal drove up to the Capitol´s west steps about six-thirty, parked his car, broke a
window and crawled inside. He was immediately detained by C-H-P officers on duty at the Capitol.
