Fairfield Boy Killed By Train

The Solano County Coroner has identified the 17-year-old boy killed by a train Saturday as Francisco Parra of Fairfield. Officials say Parra was struck by the westbound train while walking on the tracks Saturday. Police believe Parra didn´t hear the train because an eastbound train had just passed, masking the sound.
