The Earthquake Capital Of The World Gets A Small Shaker

A moderate earthquake shook up the Hollister area Friday afternoon.
The U.S. Geological Survey reports the quake had a preliminary magnitude of 4.7. It was centered in a rural area about 17 miles southeast of Hollister and ten miles northwest of Pinnacles.
It hit at about 1:15 p.m. The Hollister Fire Department says they only felt a little shaking. No damage is reported.
