Mountain Passes Open?

Sonora, CA — They were open, closed, and now back open.
Both Highway 4 Ebbetts Pass and Highway 108 Sonora Pass were opened for the season on Friday afternoon, but the passes were closed down for much of Saturday and Sunday because of mountain snow.
Caltrans is now reporting that both Sonora Pass and Ebbetts Pass are back open for this Memorial Day. Ebbetts Pass reopened yesterday and Sonora Pass this morning.
