Sonora, CA — The Red Tail Ridge Subdivision has been approved.
The Tuolumne County Board of Supervisors voted 5-0 to allow the 46 lot housing project to move forward. The subdivision is located 1.7 miles northeast of the Greenley Road and Cabezut Road intersection. It is spread over 534 acres.
Numerous conditions were attached to the approval. The applicant is SDS Ventures and Golden State Surveying and Engineering.
