Sonora Motorcyclist Suffers Fractured Leg

Sonora, CA — 61 year old Thomas Thorup of Sonora suffered a fractured lower right leg early Friday afternoon while traveling eastbound on Mono Way in the Indian Rock area.
According to the CHP report 73 year old John Meier, also of Sonora, was headed northbound on Hillsdale Ave. After stopping at the intersection Meier pulled into the intersection directly into the path of Thorup´s 1988 Yamaha motorcycle causing the accident.
