You can expect your provider to ask a variety of questions to assess your risk factors then she will order screenings that she feels are appropriate. You will most likely need routine screening labs to test your overall blood counts, cholesterol, fasting blood sugars, kidney function, and electrolytes. She will also do a Pap smear to monitor you for cervical cancer and perform a general physical exam to assess your overall fitness. She may also perform a skin cancer check.
