Ebbetts Pass, CA — Caltrans officials expect to open Highway 4 at Ebbetts Pass later today.

Crews have cleared the roadway of snow, fallen trees, rocks and other debris that has accumulated over the winter.

After removing the debris, crews repair the roadway surface, fill pot holes and repair erosion damage along the highway shoulder.
