Three people received minor injuries Tuesday afternoon after a single vehicle hit an embankment and overturned.
18-year-old Kyle Orr was on Highway 4, driving a 1993 Dodge Intrepid westbound just before 2pm Tuesday.
The California Highway Patrol says Orr failed to negotiate a sweeping left curve and ran off the highway, west of Poole Station.

Orr´s other passenger, 45-year-old Joseph Barretta, refused medical aid.
