Medical examiners say an infant found dead in a bathroom trash can of a San Francisco high rise was a 27-week-old girl.

Homicide detectives are still looking for the parent of the child found by a janitor in a women´s bathroom at 8:30 p.m. Monday in the One Maritime Plaza building.

Medical examiners say the baby girl weights two pounds and is 13-inches long.
