Clouds moving in over the Mother Lode this afternoon could bring with them a chance of afternoon thunderstorms with possible small hail and evening showers.

The National Weather Service says as the low pressure weather front passes through, we can expect breezy conditions and cooler temperatures.

The chance of showers will continue through Wednesday with sunny skies prevailing once again by Thursday into the weekend.
