A second shopkeeper from the Middle East has been shot in the San Joaquin Valley, raising fears of a backlash from the terrorist attacks.

Yemen-born grocer Fadhl Albusaisa was shot in the shoulder as he stood outside his convenience store in Lindsay. He is hospitalized in stable condition.
